How long does shipping take for a new bicycle?
Bicycles are typically processed and safety-checked within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We provide a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all cycling apparel and accessories. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, padded cycling shorts cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we offer professional bike fitting at our physical showroom locations. If you are ordering online, please refer to our comprehensive size guide or contact our experts via live chat to find the perfect frame size for your height and reach.
What kind of warranty do you provide on frames?
All Omafiets frames come with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a standard 2-year warranty. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.
